Terrible, rude service from the man who I believe may be the owner. Didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me a product could not be done or that they needed more info from me. A quick email or phone call would have been all good. Then he proceeded to tell me he basically could not be bothered as it’s not on his priority list. Was very surprised this is how they run their business. Definitely don’t recommend this company.

Hi thereRecently got 14 bespoke foam pieces cut for our two and three seat sofas. Sam was incredibly helpful from my first email enquiry through to measuring, letting us try out samples to get the comfort and firmness level just right through to our final collection of our end product. Sofa arms were an unusual shape and the foam is cut to PERFECT size- wonderfulfit! Were also significantly lower price than what another well know retailer quoted us! Great to go to an independent, local business. Thanks again to Sam and all the team. Can’t recommend you highly enough!!!

Nicest group of people so friendly and accommodating. Definitely the best price by far and much nicer quality. The guys in the warehouse cut it for me then and there because I love a bit far away and even popped it in my car for me. Thanks so much!

My husband and I called into Future Foams in Jandakot on Thursday. We needed to have some foam cut to size to replace our caravan seat cushions, and were delighted with the service we received. We were greeted in the front office by a welcoming, obliging, and very knowledgeable gentleman. All staff members seemed pleasant and professional. It was such a pleasure doing business with this company, we would both highly recommend Future Foams.

I have been purchasing foam from Sean at Future Foam for around 15 years. Great service every time. When we have something that needs special attention it's never too much trouble for Sean to pop out and go through what we need or to collect a template. Small orders are also no issue with Sean often dropping them off personally. Both Yvonne and Sean give us great service whether we just have a query or are requesting a quote. The truck arrives on schedule with our orders every time. Chris delivers to us and is always happy and helpful and assists our boys to load the foam into the workshop.
