I went to Clarke Rubber Joondalup needing matting for under heavy gym equipment. I was lucky enough to be served by Lindsay who had a lot of knowledge and suggestions regarding all of their products and what would work best for me and not damage my flooring. His customer service was excellent and friendly.The product was perfect for what I needed and more than happy with my purchase. I have since been back for additional matting I needed and will be seeing Lindsey at Clarke Rubber again for foam and pool cover needs as he more than knows his products.

DO NOT BUY THEIR MATTRESSES!!! Purchased their premium mattress. Was told it was suitable for every day use. Unfortunately it is actually very uncomfortable. Tried to have a discussion with the manager at the time about a return due to the unsuitability of the product but was told that it was my fault for purchasing and there was nothing he can do. Was also then told perhaps I should buy a new bed or one of their mattress Toppers. I wasn't looking for an upsell. I was looking for a resolution to a product that didn't meet my needs. AGAIN DO NOT BUY THEIR MATTRESSES THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!

Great customer service at the Joondalup store from lovely Rebecca and the owner of the store. Both team members stayed past closing time to finish the foam cushions for our lounge. Would highly recommend this store.

Today June 11th, 2020After my visit to the Joondalup store today.The lack of sales experience as a first time customer to CR was a disgrace, being quoted 3x on a price for a spa blanket & then having to be subjected to a near 15 minute call to the rep, then being told the price is wrong and went from $64 to $150.00 be assured I won't be returning.The staff need a serious training program, on how to conduct themselves. How to apologize to a customer for that matter.Appalling sales & a dreadful experience.A quote is a quote, and that is not the customers fault nor who data entered it incorrectly. Furthermore, one doesn't have a deep & meaningful call to a rep while a customer is standing there waiting. My time is valuable, and the sales staff should know better. Shocking & bloody rude service. Yes, we left the store annoyed & couldn't believe our experience.A sale lost & no wonder.

I bought a road case for an amplifier nearby at Cash Converters and needed to buy some moulded foam as the amp was a bit loose In the caseReceived excellent service and helpful advice from Chenin, who sold me some off cuts & then offered to cut them to size.I would definately reccomend this store to anyone In the area.

The staff were really helpful and offered us some really good advice on pool cleaners. They were all really polite and respectful to our needs. We are extremely happy with the service and would recommend this store to everyone.

Changed to Clark Rubber Joondalup a few years ago for looking after pool water testing and no regrets. Staff know their stuff and very friendly - nothing is too much trouble. What I really like is you only take the chemicals you need without the unnecessary extras. They look after the testing, I purchase the chemicals from the store and don't spend a fortune keeping the water in good shape all year round. Great store, great people and the best in the area (I did try the others years ago).
